May 5 - 28, 2005.
Pacini Lubel Gallery will present the work of two local artists, KeKe Cribbs and Demi Raven in their May exhibition. The show will run from May 5 through May 28, 2005.
The East gallery will highlight the fantasy world that has embodied KeKe Cribbs' work throughout her career. KeKe is a self taught artists who has taught at the Pilchuk Glass School, Penland School and Swain School of Design. In KeKeās illustrious career, her works are present in numerous public and private collection. Her work can be found in the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Mint Museum, Hokaido Museum of Modern Art and the Corning Museum of Glass for example.

Demi Raven will be featured in the West gallery where he will present a series of paintings that are hyper-realistic exaggerated snapshots of less serious moments in peoples lives. The paintings are closeup facial images that highlight the detailed flaws, humor and quirkiness of the sitter. Upon first glance, the images are photographic in appearance highlighting Demiās painting mastery.
